Majority of them become under privileged and there’s not much opportunities for them to come back to studies or employment. It is said that “High School drop-outs are pump line to prisons.” SUPPA’S attempt is bringing them back to the society with skills and opening a path to the US work force. This course is specially introducing to High School Drop-Outs in the US. Qualified immigrants or international students can be enrolled depend on their status This course is for youth age 16 to 22 who were drop-out from high schools Students who were drop-outs from high schools must struggle to find reasonable employment as in the US system, the minimum qualification required is the High school Diploma in most employment opportunities This is another Innovative Course of SUPPA’S where this is a double major of “IT and Management” together with a minor of “Customer Service, Leadership and Business Finance.” Students will be placed in two Internships in a private company, NPO, Cooperation or State Agency to achieve one major subject and one minor subject SUPPA’S is working with Counties, States, and few Universities to accredit this course and also get 30 college credits if a student is required to pursue higher studies. Internships with major subjects take 3 months and the minor subject takes 2 months together with additional two theory courses of four weeks each (online and/or in-class) covering a total course of 7 months or 13 weeks containing 520 study hours. Students will be tested and graded with Attendance, Performance in Internships, and 4 assignments. This course will be FREE for all eligible students and will be paid a ‘stipend’ during both internships. Students will be awarded a Certificate, Academic Transcript (6 subjects with credits 6,6,5,5,4,4), and 3 Recommendation Letters. This course is FREE for students and also, they will be entitled to paid internships. (Depend on their progress in the course and participation in the internships) SUPPA’S need sponsorships to run this course successfully. SUPPA’S EXTENSIVE ‘IT TECHNICIAN’ COURSE Target Applicants: High Schools Graduates or Drop-Outs who completed 12 months “Trainee Manager” course of SUPPA’S. IT Technicians are playing a major role in the IT field. Due to the shortage of qualified professionals, companies are bringing foreign workers to fill their vacancies. Trump Administration’s recent changes encourage schools and organizations to train students in the IT sector to gain necessary skills, so that companies can hire qualified candidates who are US residents to fill their vacancies. SUPPA’S attempt is to provide opportunities to High School Drop-Out Students who completed 12 months “Trainee Manager” course with SUPPA’S to enroll in this 12-month course where they can gain the necessary skills to join the IT field. High School graduates who were unsuccessful in entering to a university or decided to join the work force also can join this ‘IT Technician’ course. This course is specially introducing to High School Drop-Outs who completed the 12-month ‘Trainee Manager’ course or high school graduates. Qualified immigrants or international students can be enrolled depend on their status and qualifications achieved matching eligibility criteria of these 2 courses. SUPPA’S will run this course focusing few different major fields in the IT sector. OPT—OPTIONAL PRACTICAL TRAINING Target Applicants: International Students and Immigrant Families International Students who successfully graduate from US Universities will find it extremely difficult to stay in the US for employment opportunities. International Students can apply for OPT to stay further 12 months in the US to gain the study related work experience. They need to find an Employer to gain these opportunities. SUPPA’S assists international students to find employers. Students must register with SUPPA’S at least 12 months before their student visa expires. Opportunities are always positive in STEM courses and employers will consider those in other areas too, if students are highly skilled in their subjects. However, employers who are willing to offer contracts are limited and only the students who achieve a high GPA score and who have a clean and clear immigration history would be eligible for OPT options. Employers will not agree to make offers unless they decide that the student is genuine and highly talented to complete any given task.
