Sia began her professional career before she entered the law school. She worked at Dunbar & Dunbar Law Offices in Monrovia, Liberia as a Legal Secretary from January 1998 to December 2001. From January 2002 to April 2003 she worked as a Personal Assistant to CEO of Lonestar Communications Corporation in Monrovia, Liberia and then moved to Interim Head of State of Republic of Liberia as a Special Assistant from October 2003 to January 2006 Sia completed her first under graduate degree BBA at University of Liberia in 2008 and joined Lonestar again as the HR Services Supervisor from May 2008 until May 2011 and promoted to Organizational Design, Talent & Recruitment Manager and served till she received her Attorney license. Sia completed LL. B Degree at University of Liberia, Louise Arthur Grimes School of Law in 2012 and obtained the Attorney License and continued as the In-House Legal Counsel to her employer Lonestar Communications Corporation till March 2018. And in April 2018 Sia joined Heritage Partner & Associates, Monrovia, Liberia as an Associate and served till July 2018. In August 2018, Sia joined University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, Baltimore and completed Master of Laws (LLM) in May 2019. While studying in UBE, Sia was able to accomplish great opportunities in the US legal system. First, she was chosen as a Research Assistant to work in the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law from Nov 2018 to May 2019. Sia completed internships in 2019 at Phyllis J. Outlaw & Associates, Washington D.C. and NIS Solutions, Sterling, Virginia as On-Call Law Clerk and Contracts and Compliance Administrator respectively. After the graduation from UBE, Sia worked at The Babbs Law Firm, PLLC, Manassas, VA until she leaves United States. Now Sia is back in her legal practice in Liberia and joined SUPPA’S to serve students in Liberia, Cote D’Voire, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Sierra Leon and also entire African region to find their best study destinations in any part of the world to us, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK or any part of the Europe and even to countries in the Middle East Region
