Achini successfully completed Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Industrial Management (Major 1) and Statistics (Major 2) at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka with a Second Class Upper in English Medium. Achini’s career further developed with Professional Qualification in Human Resources Managerial Level (PQHRM) – IPM Colombo, Certificate Course in Human Resources Management (CCHRM)- IPM Colombo, Certificate of Achievement, Professional Development Program of Wilderness Challenge- Academy of Adventure, Belihuloya, Diploma in Computer Office XP, and Certificate Course in Business English-Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Achini commenced her career at Ceylon Tobacco Company and after completing a year, she joined Antler Group as the HR Admin Executive and served another year for them. Thereafter Achini served 18 months at Ranwatta & Company as the Executive Company Secretary and HR Consultant and then joined Prudential Shipping Lines Pvt Ltd as the Senior Executive HR for another 2 years. Her successful career development taken her to the position of Executive-Talent Management at the Capital Maharaja Organization for 1 year where she was then offered a HR Assistant Manager position at Openarc Systems Management Pvt Ltd and served 2 years to Openarc and then offered a Senior Executive Position in HR and Administration at Headstart Pvt Ltd. Achini joined SFA in 2018 and trained under the CEO in multiple projects on assignments basis. She is a quick learner in any field and continued engagements in International Higher Education now joined SUPPA’S as one of the Regional Coordinating Directors and her experience and knowledge further offered to nominate as a Trainee Executive Assistant to the CEO and she is ready to engage in all activities with the CEO with dedication, commitment and elegantly.
