Niroshi began her secondary education at the best school in Sri Lanka, Visaka Vidyalaya and accomplished with wide-range of experience in the media industry where she started her career as a presenter and coordinator and later specialized in coordinating programmes. Strong ability to manage people, meet tight deadlines and manage a high volume workload. Excellent client relationship skills and networking skills. Strong ability to manage and work with students and parentes Niroshi has won many national media awards for her involvements. In 2009 she was awarded “Sumathi Award (2009)” for the Montessori Children’s Education Program she has produced and also won a special award for “Best Children’s Program” in 2008. Niroshi is high skilled in Baratha Natyam at “Natya Kala Mandeer” of Vasugi Jegadheeswaram in India. Niroshi is one of the few media professionals who contributed new creative programmes Niroshi has completed many courses related to all social medias. She completed Higher National Diploma in Visual communication and Management from the University of Colombo and a Psychology and Counselling Diploma from ICBT, Sri Lanka and also Advanced Diplomas Web designing, Nonlinear Editing, Graphic Designing and also MBA from the Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. Niroshi’s career began at “Swarnawahini” in 2002 as the Ex Coordinator and also handled positions such as the Producer and Presenter till 2010. From 2011, Niroshi was employed at the “Sri Lanka Rupawahini” as the “Producer” and continues up to date. Niroshi was one of the presenters of SUPPA’S CEO, Supem Fernando’s Television Campaigning Programs in 2008 and continued till 2010. The confidence she shown to the general public about leaders in Education lead her join SUPPA’S as the Global Ambassador to serve all Sri Lankans to find better study destinations and families to find new lives in developed countries with options and solutions to overcome all their education and immigration barriers.
